My Background:

I was raised and lived most of my life here in Houston. My two daughters and several grandchildren all live here in Houston nearby. I enjoyed a full career in process engineering and project management in the oil and gas business. I have been the lead engineer responsible for several very large international projects for ExxonMobil, construction and engineering manager on several international projects for CMS Oil and Gas, and the lead engineer for a multi-billion dollar West Africa project for Cobalt International Energy. I have for many years been interested in the real estate business and decided to get my real estate license for a multitude of reasons. I have since enjoyed providing services as a Realtor® on a full-time basis.

My goal is to deliver the highest level of professional real estate advice and guidance, manage the buying/selling processes to minimize inconvenience to you and your family, maintain communication and promptly address any concern, and confidently negotiate for your best interest. I work to earn your trust that my focus is on your future and well-being. I hope you will count on me as a friend long after the first transaction is closed.

My Credentials:

Texas licensed real estate agent and REALTOR®, Graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering, PE licensed by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute. My real estate professional designations include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Residential Construction Certified (RCC), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and I am a VA certified agent. I am currently studying to earn the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
